What Kissable is

A romantic AI-companion app for adults. Users design a fictional adult character and chat with it by text and voice; the character can send AI-generated photos and short videos of itself. All characters are fictional adults.

Images and video

• Generated photos never contain exposed nipples, genitals or buttocks and never depict a sexual act. Lingerie and swimwear are the coverage floor.
• Every generated image passes an automated nudity gate before delivery; images that fail are not shown.
• Every photo a user uploads or sends is age-checked before it is used for anything; anything that reads as a minor is rejected and logged.

No images of real people

Kissable is not a tool for making pictures of real people, and it is built so that it cannot be used as one:

• The companion is fictional. Its looks come from our own illustrated and photographic catalogue or from anime-style reference images. Photographs of real people are not accepted as a reference for a companion.
• Users are pictured as a stand-in. When a user takes a selfie so the companion can picture the two of them, a short text description of their appearance is written from it and a fictional stand-in portrait is generated from that text with no reference pixels; once the stand-in exists, later photos of the user are drawn from it and the selfie is deleted. Users who prefer not to take a selfie pick a stand-in from a curated set instead.
• Other people's faces are never a reference. A photo you send in chat of a friend, partner or anyone else is never given to the image generator. At most the companion keeps a written description of who was in it. Requests for intimate or sexual images of a real, identifiable person are refused, logged and lead to account termination.
• Removal. If an image on Kissable nevertheless depicts you or someone you are authorised to act for, email [email protected] with the subject “Intimate image removal”; we remove it within 48 hours.

Text and voice

Conversations are user-led fiction between adults and may include romantic and intimate content, paced through relationship tiers. The following are absolute prohibitions, enforced by automated moderation on both the user's messages and the companion's replies, with logs retained:

1. any sexual content involving a person under 18, or presented as under 18, including fictional characters;
2. non-consensual sexual content;
3. incest and bestiality;
4. sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person;
5. content that promotes self-harm.

Violations are blocked, logged, and lead to account termination. We cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.

Age

Kissable is for adults only. We ask every new user for their date of birth; anyone under 18 cannot create an account. We use automated systems to detect attempts to sexualise minors in conversation, in character creation and in images, and we permanently close accounts that try.

The companion is an AI

The companion is a computer program. It is not a person and cannot feel human emotions. We say so at the start of every session, and if a conversation shows signs of crisis the companion points to real help.

Enforcement record

We keep counts of blocked messages and terminated accounts and share them with our payment partners on request.
