Refunds & Withdrawal

This page forms part of our Terms of Service. It says exactly what we refund, how fast, and how to exercise your right of withdrawal. Where you bought decides who refunds.

Bought on iPhone or iPad?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund Apple purchases ourselves.

Bought on Google Play?

Google handles refunds for Google Play purchases. Request one from your Google Play subscriptions page or Google's refund request form. We cannot refund Google Play purchases ourselves.

Bought on kissable.app?

Direct purchases on kissable.app are not available yet: every purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play and refunded under that store's rules. When we open direct purchases, this page will describe the 14-day right of withdrawal and our refund rules for them. If something you paid for did not work, email [email protected] and we will help you with the store or make it right in the app.

Cancelling

If you only want to stop the next charge, cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation takes two clicks and needs no reason.
