How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings > Account Settings. Tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your companion, chat history and profile information. This action cannot be undone. If you come back within 12 months with the same Apple ID, Google account or verified email, a subscription that is still running and your unused Kisses are put back on your new account. You can also request account deletion by emailing us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
It depends where you subscribed. On iOS: go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Kissable, and tap "Cancel Subscription." On kissable.app: open Settings > Manage subscription and cancel in two clicks. Either way your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
How do I get a refund?
On iOS, refunds are decided by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Kissable purchase, and request a refund. For purchases made on kissable.app we refund directly: EU, EEA and UK customers can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing (even after using Premium, paying only for the days used), unspent Kisses packs are refunded in full within 14 days, and an unwanted renewal is refunded if you contact us within 7 days of the charge. Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations and personal data are private and encrypted in transit. We do not sell your data. Messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses, but are not used for AI training. You can read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
What age do I need to be to use Kissable?
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kissable. The app is rated 18+ due to its mature themes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
How does the AI work?
Kissable uses advanced AI language models to generate natural, contextual responses. Your companion remembers your conversations and adapts her personality over time. All AI responses are fictional: your companion is an AI character, not a real person.
What are Kisses?
Kisses are the virtual currency used in the app. You receive free kisses daily and can purchase additional kisses via in-app purchases. Kisses are used to unlock premium features like photo sharing and wardrobe items.
Can I change my companion's appearance?
You choose your companion's appearance during onboarding. Currently, changing the appearance after initial setup requires creating a new account. We're working on the ability to change appearances in a future update.
